Any direct sales reps here that just got their commissions yanked? Merry Christmas?
Anyone going to contact HR?

@tret+1dYzAGwC I agree with everything you say. But, one thing you have overlooked is we are no longer suddenlink. This is not the suddenlink way. This by no means is even close to resembling what jerry kent built. BY NO MEANS!! This is all Altice.
It’s definitely a punch in the gut. Shocked, no.
We don’t have a Union for the DSR’S. Not that I have ever heard of. If we did, I'd sign in a heartbeat.
I know techs have it bad, I see it all the time. No tools, sh-t equipment, overbooked, etc.
We don’t have it easy, either. Knocking doors in the dark & scaring the he-l out of people who aren’t expecting you. Trying to gain their trust to give you personal info within a couple of minutes of meeting you? Not easy. When you get the sale, if the equipment is bad, or they call customer service & that goes South…when they cancel, your $ is gone!! Nothing the Rep has done & no fault to the tech. It’s all Suddenlink’s lack of quality control. We are making less now to sell more, also?! It’s bad all around.
It can’t be like this everywhere!!
Altice needed the money to buy the dip
Unfortunately, that hasn’t been an option.
Not shocked, just upsetting. Getting paid monthly commissions is tough, especially when they take it away. ‘Tis the Season I guess.
should have signed a card lol
You're shocked...
