Thread regarding Cook Group layoffs

This place competes with other employers by priding themselves on no layoffs. If you buy attendance with pto you can work here for 40+ years. However, they pay way less than anyone else in Bloomington, IN and the only way to get a promotion is to quit, apply for the next step up at another company, and apply the the promotion after that at Cook 6 months or a year later.
