Thread regarding Adidas layoffs

Who intends to leave early next year?

I know that several of my colleagues will leave, and I definitely too.

Adidas does not deserve good and engaged employees.

I plan to leave, at least for a little while. I want to move up in the company and from everything I’ve seen the best way to get promoted at adidas is to go work for Nike.

I think 50% of the people i talked to are contemplating to leave. The reasons range from the kiss a-s self promoting culture to home office policy which will be ended soon. Who wants to be dragged into an office full of politics, gossips, toxic games and 1 hour of comuting. Plus expensive coffee. He-l no.

Absolutely intend to leave once they force us back into the office. No objections to mandating vaccination or anything of the sort. Just think that in person office work is a-s-backwards and looking into a permanent remote situation. Tired of paying out the a-s to live in Oregon when adidas can’t be bothered to give promotions to those who deserve them, or keep yearly raises in line with inflation. I just got a promotion but I’m ducking out as soon as we’re back in the office. Would much rather live somewhere much more affordable at half the pay and avoid the traffic, absurd housing prices and dealing with the pretentious douchebags that proliferate the company.
