However, all it can attract are average employees who also leave very quickly. Does it seem to you that new hires as such would not be able to get a job here now if they had applied a few years ago?

It's amazing how all these major outages don't affect our stock price at all.
Give me a place to work that does not require the jab and I'll jump ship tomorrow. Wishful thinking, I know.
