I think those who get laid off are in better position than those who survive cuts.
If you think it’s been hard so far, I think it’s going to get even harder to meet deadlines and keep the company productivity on track. . .

I threw my hands up a long time ago and did not win the Nov 15’th layoff lottery.
Maybe I’ll get lucky with the layoff on Dec 20’th.
I don’t care anymore, I just come here to collect a paycheck.

I challenge you to look at your projects a little deeper. I'm sure you only received a piece of the initiative to get you working. Are you working hard to fix an environment for a sale? Are you working hard to document processes for a contractor to replace you? Are you okay with that? Always look at the bigger picture to see if the stress is worth it.
Make sure your hard work benefits you outside of Citrix. Build "blueprints" and guidelines for life after Citrix.
