15% is the highest anyone is getting and to get that you need to have merit raise plus promotion plus high ranking plus be under target salary.

Raises are communicated (probably via goto/beqom) on 12/1. Any information on this thread is probably trash before then in the US. Stay tuned for any posts in December In the US.

(I must reveal I've watched this board for quite a while - so have a little background on the general type that hangs around here. 2.4 seems about right.)
It is not against company policy to share your salary in the US. Discussion of compensation and working conditions is protected in US under the National Labor Relations Act. A notice is conspicuously displayed in every place of employment in The US. AP and EU may be different.
