Looking for a new job discouraged me because I still can't find anything that would suit me better. I'm not jealous and I don't envy others but it depresses me because it seems to me that everyone else was able to find something better while I am still stuck here. I would like to find something better and get out of this company, but unfortunately, I don't have enough qualifications.

It's great that you're looking to get out of retail. This is one the best moves that you could possibly make, especially if you're an hourly employee.
A bit of context would help. How's your educational background? What other jobs have you had? How long have you been working in retail? What geographic area are you in?
