Are managers born with this talent or do they learn it at the company? I been hearing about more jobs coming to my yard and better equipment yet here we are months later and still nothing

We got a new popcorn machine but no popcorn. Wasn’t in the budget
I'm thinking that's part of the process of recruiting managers. The managers that were at my location really didn't have any special skills. I wondered for a while how they managed to even find their way to work sometimes. The only thing they knew how to do and do a lot was lie. So the ability to BS people must be a visually noticeable skill that gets upper management's attention for recruitment purposes.
They learn it at the company as part of the indoctrination process.
They probably learned it from you. Everyone in this company lies, managers and union employees alike. If you say you don’t, we’ll that proves my point!
