Bonus Payout Date for 2022 (US)

I am (finally) planning my exit from Optum this spring. Does anyone know when the bonus payout date is for 2022? Based off last year I am guessing Friday, March 4th. Need to give my notice after that date.

When I click on “2021-2022 Common Review Pay Dates” on the Hub it tells me that “Sorry, this item has not been shared with you.”

Be prepared to be told you are an under performer. It’s what they do

Wait. When are the pay dates for 2023? March 4th is a Saturday, and someone else mentioned a March 16th paycheck, which would be a Thursday. I'm so confused.

Your bonus is going to yet another endless war. It’s a great business opportunity though.

RRP bonus is scheduled to be a part of your March 4th pay check. Your salary increase if you get one will be the March 16th paycheck. This is confirmed. The merit budget and RRP budget look the same as last year roughly. I can't speak for each division / entity though.

You can search the timeline on the intranet it’s early March

They’ve not only lowered the budget in HR to average 2% bonus our division didn’t even honor that forcing all people rated threes into lower bonus and sending big chunks of the money back to out regional leaders

HR should do away with regional use of comp planner and just do flat raises

Overworked, understaffed, underpaid, yet the shareholders/stock market USers are whistling dixie.

Don’t count on getting a bonus. There is always a big layoff in Q1. If you find you’re dream job elsewhere, go for it. You can always make more money, but never more time.

Don’t give your notice until the bonus is in your bank account

Usually around march/april. Then once you have that "bonus" in writing, give them your notice in writing. It's a sinking ship for employees.
