Just curious if anyone still at RJ can post on how things are at RJ these days. It would be nice to get a number of postings. Details would be appreciated.

i'm still in IT too, surviving the wrath daily of my VP. yeah, all the money goes to Bella and Vin along with their stooges. if only we all had $100k+ cars and they have a few.
I'm still at RJ and working in IT. Everyone I know just does the bare basics to make it thru the day. I know of no-one going out of their way for anything. Of course I'm only a pion not one of Bella or Vin's stooges that makes it sound like everything is perfect. One day they will pay the price. I can only hope we will all hear about it.
Even at 10%, anyone at RJ is selling themselves short. You do realize everyone else in the country doing what you do, and many people in Tampa Bay are getting paid much more to perform the exact same role?
The person that said bonuses and salaries were higher must be top level management. The money didn't roll down to the worker bees, even though Paul R indicated we did great this year.
I also heard that bonuses are much better this year and that yes it is nearly impossible for HR to find qualified people to fill the almost 600 open positions. RJ can thank Paul for the bad taste in everyone's mouth and the need to give out significant bonuses to keep those still at RJ.
Lots of openings but bonuses and raises are higher than I can ever recall, around 10%
