Walgreen protecting employees against covid-19 is a joke. The store I work in in Spokane only has one guard infront of a register wipes are provided to wipe carts but often run out and nobody bothers to check them until a customer ask . employees have got covid. Walgreens doesn't care.
This is exactly what's been happening. I don't think there's one person here who'd have something good to say about Walgreens' handling of the situation. They don't give a damn, as simple as that.
I am not sure exactly what this has to do with the company. I agree with you that Walgreens does not care that much about us, but your complaints have nothing to do with the company. The wipes are on a WIC list on storenet so you guys can order them. The fact that the employees do not give a sh-t about replenishing the wipes has to do with the employees, not the company. At my store everyone still has to wear masks, there are gloves if people want to wear them, wipes by the carts, face guards in front of the registers, and people can get vaccinated for free. Other than shutting down, I don't know what more can be done. This is the reality of just about every store that is open right now.
