It is getting really bad! The customers are even giving 0s in the customer service surveys because they are sick of hearing about carepass. Customers are mad. I had to let 5 of my staff members go because they didn't get enough enrollments (mostly bc of hours getting cut). Like 8 per week in the store with low/no income people is not a realistic goal. CarePass has either got to go or not be so heavily enforced with unrealistic goals.

So, let me get this right…you termed good employees over carepass? And you think 8 a week isn’t a fair goal in a low income area…well…you just suck…you suck as a leader because you are obviously blaming your team for why you can’t get to goal….and instead of being a leader and showing how to sell something you just burn and turn employees and now you probably wonder why no one will go the extra mile for you….
I am above my 8 weekly CP target YTD…and my store is in a low income area…My boss would have to fire me and I still would not consider even coaching my team for carepass…your horrible leadership is showing in this comment…maybe if some one from corporate sees this they will give you a job because your bad decision making, lack of self accountability, and also lack empathy for your team makes you a great candidate for a job in corporate…
