Many articles say Citrix is reporting they laid off 160 people in Fort Lauderdale. I think it was much more in FT. Lauderdale!

WARN was triggered in CA, for sure. HR told me that explicitly.
They needed to stay just under 10% this round in each major US location to avoid WARN rules and bad publicity.
With many old-timers they probably took out 20% of the salary, RSU commitments and benefit structure.
Maximizing cost reduction yet staying under WARN reporting. One would think this free strategy could have been figured out without millions spent to Bain Consulting.
I think so too. They are managing the media. Only a few reports are found announcing just local layoff numbers.
