If you don't get at least a 6.2% salary increase, then you're effectively getting a pay cut after Inflation, since that's what the annual CPI was since last year.

Don't forget that execs are on a different bonus plan and stocks options. 🥰
I am sure all the VPs at Scientific Games will exceed this rate. I was told I was getting 2-3%. Why do they keep raising upper management pay? Us low level employees do all the work.
