This whole restructuring will take 18 months at least to complete. If you believe these were the only layoffs we'll have in that process then you're incredibly naive. There's a good chance we'll be having layoff days at least once a month for the next year and a half. The sooner you accept that, the easier it'll be for you to prepare mentally for the coming period.

This was it in terms of Big Bang, but they already started to cut people and roles prior to this and will continue to do so.
All and all for small short term profits.
I understand, people want a package for leaving but my advice would be to get an updated CV, because it takes around 4-6 months to get through all the interviews unless you are pretty awesome, unique and there is a big need at the new employer.
Nonsense - they likely took out 20% this week. Add another 10% with attrition…if that’s true there will be no one left.
I'm just being realistic. I also don't trust a word this management is saying. That's just me, though. If you do, more power to you.
They were very clear that this was it. How do you know otherwise? I don't think it's a good time to spread rumours. It's bad enough the way it is.
