When you look at their twitter feed, the ad links take you to the Spanish Language site, and when you switch it back to English and actually look for products that they supposedly have on sale, it's literally a $1200 PS5 that's "$170 off" from a third party seller. Who are they supposed to be fooling? Doesn't this run afoul of Deceptive Trade Practice laws?

I’ve been getting emails from Sears/Kmart on an almost daily basis advertising PS5s and xboxes for over $1000 from marketplace sellers for over a year now. It a joke.
