Interest to know what BS yarn they spun, if they had any clear plan, if they were upfront they will asset strip and PE what’s left.

What industry is that?
Bangladesh carpet manufacturing that provides slave contracts to underage children?
Is that the industry we are in line with? Did they also explain that it has been mainly their high performers abandoning the ship pre-layoffs!!?

Check LinkedIn of how many people have left the last 2-3 years. All got top jobs elsewhere. They are thriving.

Yes, they definitely imposed high target's, impossible to reach unless you got very lucky. When I asked my manager about my target he could not explain how he came up with that number.

Glad I am soon out of this toxic environment.

The same ELT and Board that got the company in the ditch is the same crew that will get it out of the ditch. What is the definition of insanity? Not saying that every one of them is bad. I know one of them is an outstanding leader with exceptional emotional intelligence.

What they don't get is that the key to improving our stock price is for the entire ELT to resign. That's what the markets want and nothing other than that will save us.

They started with some numbers and showed a chart that showed us they f*cked us all with unattainable targets and quotas so we couldn't hit our bonuses or plans for a 1% margin increase. (It literally said it in the bottom of the picture, I am not interpreting this).

This is how we are going to fix what we get ourselves into "the plan" that is already failing.

You should believe in our ELT because we are in a strong market an industry leader and we're making changes that need to be done to save the company (the layoffs)

We will have a competitive comp plan to align with 6.2% inflation next year "as we always have".... and that attrition rates are in line with the industry.

They didn't say anything about stripping down the company and selling off- just where they are going to invest and where they are removing investment from. Also said people in EMEA are still getting laid off, but the process is a little bit longer than the USA.

My last day is very soon, I cant wait to be out of this sh*t ho-e.
