The only thing fake about this posting is acting like it hasn’t always been this way. They hire executives with degrees from diploma mills. Let’s not act like they got high standards.

LOL If you think about it, it actually makes a lot of sense. They can't get the good people to hire on, and the smart ones aren't coming back. The felons have obviously made bad decisions in the past, so what's one more by getting a job at the UP. What would be even funnier is if the felons refused a job at the UP. So yeah let the UP hire a bunch of felons to do the work. I can't see what could go wrong by hiring a bunch of felons. I'm sure they're rehabilitated and are fine upstanding citizens.
