Do not sign anything without seeing a lawyer. The severance they offer is always lower than what is required.

Called HR and they couldn’t answer any questions. I asked how many weeks of pay for each yeah… “I don’t know”, what happens to my PTO…. “I don’t know”.
All they knew was that you had a packet coming and it needs to be signed and returned.
