Marketing is the least of TDC’s problems. HA successfully got SM to focus on Marketing while she delivered nothing. No CMO can help until we start building innovative new products. Congratulations Hillary!!!

CT is sharpening up his resume? His abusive behavior and below average skills won't find any takers. He stayed at TD his entire career because nobody else wanted him.

CT was one of the most abusive managers ... thinking he was being an 'assertive leader' when (in fact) he was a bully. Bully + BS-er = someone who should be shown the door.
Right, the same CT who gives the same presentation 3x a year on analogizing sales teams to soccer squads, and threatening at every Partners/Universe/sales kickoff that attendance would be tracked through lanyards. Sucks that such genius is unappreciated and obstructed.
@2sbd+1dSTImhz- NOT true. I’ve been with TDC forever and watched CT’s career go up and down. The ELT kept saving him for whatever reason- he was never promoted because he wasn’t innovative, and this goes back many years before DEI was brought to the company.
1duu+1dSTImhz you are way off. CT is one of our smartest and most loyal employees. Nobody has worked harder than him. If he was not white, male, and over 40 he would be CMO. He deserved it. Too bad TDC does not appreciate him and other longtime employees. All the newbie ELT hires are hurting us.

GOOD RIDDENS! For years he’s treated his team like dogs, looked the other way on abuse and created a toxic department. Now let’s see how the toxic abusive people he created handle a new CMO who might not encourage bad behavior.
Seriously, firing ME is a joke. He spun sh*t into gold for years when the product delivered nothing new and lately he's been tasked with teaching Sales how to sell since apparently none of them, especially sales LT, can sell water in a drought. Don't even get started with NC who outsourced his entire job to McKinsey and bankrolled his former firm to produce a garbage strategy. ME doesn't deserve this, but he's the winner here. He gets out, he gets paid, and SM and his incompetent posse of losers is the new person's problem now. Oh and Hillary is an absolute disaster, but time will continue to reveal her shortcomings at the expense of the company.
