Well we lost our computer support technician again. Good riddance to that guy , he hid in his office all day. The rumor is that his employer lost the contract with our plant as a result of how bad he was.
UTC should of hired the technician we had last year directly. Things were actually improving when he was here. Instead UTC management continues to contract computer support out to random bozo companies and nothing gets done in an effective manner. Then management fusses when parts don't get out on time . Duh The folks in Winston/Salem in charge of I.T. don't have a clue.
