Thread regarding Sungard Availability Services layoffs

AD & SH gone- Very late decision, should have happened more than a year ago. KR & his gang of lick as--s, another egoistic bluff master group needs to kicked hard out, they produce nothing but pain. The org was already in the drain since the past 2 yrs and the management is trying to do things like a headless chicken, the only reason it is surviving is because they are cutting costs continually by laying off people and the cash generated by the business is being cashed out by the investor until they recover their investment. A good org driven to the drain by its leadership with zero focus on people. Sales & Solutions guys may be good but what do they sell or solution, we need to have good products,, so now blame them and remove them. Only sale is lean retention. It about time clients start reading this and start cancelling their contracts and run away as well becuase if not today eventually they will need to find a new home. As far as the people who are still there, they are hanging on because either they are not getting a job elsewhere due to their heavy packages or are freaking lazy old bumms....MR CEO-Job well done mate..Try and communicate more.
