Morale has never been lower, people lack motivation and that is very obvious. Yesterday another colleague of mine resigned. I don't even know what would motivate me now. Pay raise? Perhaps, but for a short time. Is there anything that would motivate you to stay at TD for another year or more?

What would motivate ppl, is if TD fires everyone except them and hires professionals, that show grit, skills and high integrity. Work can be fun if your coworkers are great. Great ppl build great things - that is why TD sucks so much as it collected all wanna retirees and let them fa-t for far too long. HR aka layoff org - get on it
Money. Give everyone a holiday bonus. Call it a cost of living increase. Everything is more expensive and other companies are paying $$$. Also Pay people AIP or prep for the massive exodus in March.
Just stop it ELT. If you don’t know why we’re all leaving by now, you’ll never figure it out.
