Reading the comments here brought back many days and nights of 7 x 24 working for many years for little pay and little promotion. Aflac never changes. Too many bad people in management. Just how it is. I will keep the people still there in my prayers.

It's all a bunch of who are living as a big fish in a small town and who want to keep everyone beholden to the leadership. Are you a member of the CCC? Can you eat dinner at the Big Eddy? As a last resort, can you get into Green Island? Who was your father? Who was your grandfather? Those are the most common questions asked. If you're not "from Columbus" but have an enormous talent, you might be fine. But Columbus is still a town of 'who you know" not "what you know." Good luck to those seeking to "stick around."
