Many layoffs on the NAD side today. Hitting all departments - sales, distribution, digital, marketing. Lots of Directors and others.

2020 layoffs included most of the older Associates. To cover their a.., they made sure a few younger ones were let go to avoid discrimination suits. And amazing long-term employees were let go. Knowledge right out the door. Such a wonderful company Staples is!!!! NOT!

TAM role eliminated. IF you choose to stay it will be as an inside acct mgr. Otherwise done today. They're shifting to a completely inside model.
Check the email list for your call -- if it's a small group-- getting laid off
If it's most of the org. then you should be okay

My brother in law was just laid off from Staples. Makes no sense because he's in sales and was VERY busy. I'm thinking discrimination as he's over 50.
