The membership won’t be charged with federal crimes. The leadership will.
Most of the membership has sat back and watched the sh-t go on, which makes them guilty as well. Sad that it has to come to this!

Believe it or not the number 600,000 isn’t too far off from what happened at 301. Too many people have recently been interviewed by the DOL for them not to take action. The investigation has been kept secret for a little over 2 years. Now that the DOL has interviewed people and made themselves known, and in turn revealing what they’re investigating and what they know, action will be taken soon. Feds make an airtight case before the criminals even know they’re being investigated. Knowing of the investigation made the arrogance and untouchable attitude of the fools at 301 funny but I’m ready to watch them get what they deserve. That will be hilarious.
301 past and present leadership will have a much bigger rack of charges. Get ready. It’s coming.
The only things the same are the attitude of being untouchable! Local 301 has never had the membership, the power, or the money they IBEW local had or has, but our leadership for over 20 years sure thinks so!!
