How many days will the layoffs last? Is it done already or can we expect more tomorrow or sometime before the end of the week? Will this spill out into the next week as well? Also, a question for those who were affected, how were you told? Was it a one-on-one meeting, a phone call, or something else?

They have been laying off people the last 2 years.. 90% high performers having incompetent managers.

Read the email Bob C. sent out. He said very clearly what the process would be and what to expect. Those who can read but don't are no better off than those that can't.
The restructure is planned across 18 months according to the SEC filing. I would say this is just the beginning to initially trim the fat to show the street that they are doing something to take control. I strongly believe there will be deeper cuts but likely not until later in Q4 or Q1 because they need " a good Q4" on the backs of what salespeople are left. They also need to plan the restructure and what positions they will need filled.
Layoffs will never be over at Citrix. This is a regular thing at a sh---y company like Citrix. You should just leave. Things are so much better at other companies.
