Also last 2 years since the VP Engineering had joined, how many Asians left his team and who replaced their roles and new roles.

It's also confirms the people who lacks basic engineering skills and only capable of race speculation should have been fired long time back. Good engineer doesn't care about the race. Good engineer is able to get a new job with no problem in this market keeping good severance package. Id--ts just complain bringing everything into picture forgetting his own incompetence.

I worked for this company for over a decade. My role is tied directly to the financial well being of the company and I exceed my colleagues in all measurable KPIs. Today I was let go, quite unceremoniously. Im not mad, just sad at the lack of empathy from leadership and the way the situation was handled. I will land on my feet but feel worst about the level of work my colleagues will have to absorb. To anyone else impacted, keep your head up.
