I'm pretty convinced that despite everything, our management thinks it's doing great things.
The company is sinking, people don’t want to work here, but the arrogance of our management is greater than ever. They have convinced themselves that everything is under control, even though nothing is under control?

@OP I’m pretty convinced that agreement employees spend entirely too much time complaining about management. I’m also pretty convinced that no manager gives AF about anything other than his/her paycheck.
Anyone still working at UP falls into one of two categories:
- Sadomasochists
- People who lack the skills and education to be employable elsewhere
