The removed the bonus pool for most Aetna Legacy personnel. Now Employee Performance Award (EPA) is only hope of getting a bonus and only 25% of eligible employees will receive! Pay is aligned among the company but job caps are also lowered.
Pharmacists FT are getting $2500 and pt $1500, bc sc--w SM. “For all of your hard work in the last quarter” ok. Thanks. Bc they pick up an IZ shift or call out, they get paid. Meanwhile SM get absolutely nothing. We’re used to it but it’s always a kick in the teeth.
From what I read...this is a market increase that will affect MOST colleagues for both legacy and Aetna
If you are legacy CVS it won't affect you. Aetna job grades are being aligned with CVS.
