Too little, too late. You've scaled us back so far, we've lost so much talent, too many employees past burn out ... a committee made of the managers & execs who are making everyone miserable trying to figure out how to award and recognize employees is not the answer. It's as though the entire culture was torn down and now you are trying to resurrect what we once had. Good luck with that. We are tired. And after that speech, introduce a new executive. Great. Just what we need - another executive. Who got the Pulse survey? Why not survey all of us and put equal weight into each employee's input? Too bad, so sad, guys....and I do mean "guys".

I left awhile back; best decision I ever made. There are literally tons of jobs out there, working remote, better pay, better missions, actual equity in the companies. Every company has some flavor of BS, but nowhere close to the shear madness that is Intrado.
they scaled back so many people it's unreal. people who loved there job & was willing to stick it out through the hard times. they did it on purpose! treated so many people so bad. it would have been nice to talk to upper management & tell them the truth but I feel they may have been apart of the problem, not the solution. unfortunately what you reap is what you sew.
