What is the severance package
Happy to refer anyone who got laid off... i work for a company that is a Citrix partner.
This layoff is the direct result of incredible ineffective "leadership" recently brought into the company from SAP. CITRIX the company that was once the industry leader in enabling remote working. However during the pandemic, instead of continue to innovate and lead the industry in enabling remote working capacity, the so called leadership of CITRIX stuck their collectives heads into the "risk adverse sandbox."
Lousy time of year for this kind of stuff. Good luck to all those impacted!

Everybody got an email at 7:45am. So if you didn't get one by now you are probably fine.
hate to lose my job. Definitely will find something better but it still hurts to lose job.
Any idea which roles they are targeting?
