If our CEO and leadership team came to Dallas office the rest of us would follow! He’s not and neither is his team. What is the real headquarters of NMG?
You lose culture and collaboration with wfh. The ones making it happen in stores are working nights and weekends. Is it too much to ask you to live in Dallas and go to the office?
WFH is great but does that mean anywhere? And if we have the policy why the new building? I bet the store is closing and the building is sold.
I love working from home and frankly don't care where GVR works from. We should be a NY based company anyway.
