Laid Off from IT!

I was with Citrix less than 6 months. Let me just stay this is the worst company I have ever worked for. I'm not sad or disappointed that I was let go---- I'm grateful they forced me out before the toxic environment got to me.

I have reviewed most policies, procedures, and architectures in place at Citrix--it is subpar to most tech companies. There is nothing to hold on to. So don't be sad, embrace the change and get ready to advance you skillset at another company.

My only wish is that I never work with this leadership team again.

They only hired her because she was a woman. Loved to tout the woman at Citrix even if they do a subpar job. (Plenty of women do a great job, before you flame me)

Meerah is a P I s and so is Lima. No wonder so many customers have left Sh-trix for AWSWorkspaces, Windows WMD or Google Workspaces.

IT was a really good department to work in a few years ago, but changes in leadership at several levels have turned it into a toxic swamp.

A direct reflection of the garbage org Meerah has put in place. She’s the worst I’ve ever run across.
