Seems they are not following the Vax mandate.

Billy should have taken the advice from that pop song from the 70s and not be a hero. The glow from the battery plant announcement was wearing off.
He just had to be first in something. Too bad he doesn’t have the same zest for day to day vehicle operations.
Can’t even find anything about the situation with Ford hourly, Credit , and salaried employees at manufacturing facilities that was supposed to be released at a later date when the first announcement was made.
On a similar topic to the poster below, we happen to own quite a number of vehicles, half of them are Ford. Fine quality product, but when you start engaging in politics, you alienate half of your customers. It has no business, in business. Ford has put itself out there as a anti-American corporation, willing to roll over at the slightest bit of conflict, unconstitutional or otherwise. Built Ford Tough is an absolute abomination and lie, as they rolled the f**k over with this mandate. For this, they've lost our business in the future. Another automaker has done this as well from years past. We haven't purchased their stuff in decades. Only one left.
At the end of the day, ask yourself a question. What are the supposed non-American companies doing? It seems to me, day by day, they're starting to appear more American than our own automakers - who pretend to be American. Going global, and woke, tends to do that.
Don't think the people don't notice. Most place there money where politics are NOT. It'll only be a matter of time before our woke supposed "American automakers", collapse upon their own weight.
Many talented 40-50's at Ford are looking to jump to other companies that are not mandating vaccine. Ford is mostly a pretend auto company and more and more can't do anything in house with the on going brain drain.
Lastly, I will never purchase a Ford vehicle no matter how much $$$$ is dump into marketing!!!
I heard Bill is bringing Rod Marinelli in as the new head of HR
So far fifth circuit court has shot down the mandate, so up the chain it goes.
Either way, Ford is the only one in the three that stuck it's neck on the chopping block - needlessly and without confirmation of constitutional grounds. Guess we know which automaker that will roll the eff over on command.
"Built Ford Tough" is quite the oxymoron, and a bit comical don't ya think?
GM and Stellantis are following that brandon chant I hear so much about. Ford, not so much.
That’s because there’s only one Captain Planet , and we have him. Consider yourself lucky he cares so much about us.
Mary had a little lamb but Billy has a flock of sheep
