CWA, IBEW, and Verizon have come to an agreement on the mandate. No mandate for the majority of employees. Here’s the breakdown.
Home garaging will be reinstated January 1, 2022. There will be no overtime given for driving work vehicleto first job and from last job.
Work from home made permanent for CSSC. Cameras will be sent to homes to be used during meetings, disciplinary actions, and at members discretion.
Some offices will reopen for people who would like to go back to the office, but the vaccine will be mandated for any who choose to do so.
When the pandemic ends, in office meetings will occur every 6 months. Half the day spent with the Union and the other half for management.
$10,000 will be given to each member for home garaging and office setup.
7 year extension to contract. 1 time increase to match inflation, followed by 2.5% annual increases.
All members will receive yearly RSU equal to 10% of yearly salary.
