Thank you for all the support. Looking for ways to get a heads up for any terminations that might happen.

We are not into bragging about jobs or talking about how to work to get more. That's corporate shill nonsense. This isn’t a work addiction site, not a corporate cheerleader sock puppet, nor feeding into the horrendous system and playing the game with it won’t change it. Stand up, walk proud, we're not corporate simps.
it’s sad and embarrassing the amount of psy opd people who are so happy to fight over crumbs like 15-25 bucks an hour PRE tax, or who simply wish they were wealthy class abusers themselves and talk about how to get money more easily so it can be their turn on the sinking ship. LOL.
It’s like people don’t realize this is about and against the institution of mo--nic US empire capitalistic work and why it terminates/lays off Americans at whim in the name of endless profiteering.
Any given Thursday! Watch for a meeting invite that shows up at the last minute! Toxic Culture!
Stick around and get the unemployment money and have optum foot the bill!!!
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
Maybe come in early, stay a bit later, and take on some extra projects. that way you can look good and be a go getter in the eyes of your boss. So many team members take a lunch, you can work during lunch and show them that your serious about your job
Thanks it’s so hard everyday to pay for thins. Huge inflation unaffordable health costs unstable job don’t know what to do
Terminations are on-going at Optum and occur every month in small under the radar numbers. Layoffs typically in larger numbers occur in the January/February timeframe when raises and bonuses are being decided. And of course bonuses at grade 28 and below are few, not like the "everybody gets a bonus because UHG always makes money" speech HR give when they are recruiting you to come work here.
