However only the best candidates will be accepted. Good luck.

They would only spy on North Platte to learn the secret of how great we are. But there is no secret only hard work. That’s why we’re the best
Sounds like a company spy network placed into other service units.
Report back to the company on what they find.
wow congrats north platte! keep up the good work and ignore the haters
Borrow outs not because they need employees, but because they need some fresh DNA in the gene pool. Too much inbreeding because nobody else wants to be there. You can tell by the big foreheads and the downs syndrome-like features of most people there. I know your "cousin is hot", but keep it in your pants.
The UP should get top tier management first, then worry about everyone else. People just don't want to work for the company. North Platte may be the best SU, but they're not the only one in the system. If the UP can't get people to work at other locations, the NP doesn't mean squat! Think about it
We need borrow outs because business is booming because we’re the best. NP #1 yet again.
What? If everyone is green with envy about North Platte, then why the borrow outs? See the contradiction there?
Amazing how many people in here are green with envy of North Platte. Just because we are the backbone of the railroad. It’s ok you can come borrow out as long as you’re a top tier employee.
Good luck with that!
Very hard and loyal workers in NP. The best of the best
North Platte is the only place where, people look the same, but, somehow have different names.
North Platte is consistently ranked #1 service unit.
NP is a sheet whole. They are currently having staffing issues and still paying new hires 75% of full pay. Good luck keeping your hiring numbers up. Borrow outs will come and find out about the low pay eastern agreements and then leave like they always do and go back home. Word of advice to companies that want to treat employees poorly the more you pay the more people are willing to put up with. Years of non negotiation agreement changes and poor raises is going make it harder to fill jobs.
