Well, this post aged like milk
Every year, there’s a question on the employee survey that asks exactly this - do you plan to stick around for the next 1 year. Some 35% respond with NO every year. And yet, most don’t go anywhere.
Don’t let this be an empty New Years resolution…
And a better one too. Citrix is good but not a top employer by any mean.

Embrace the suck, it's the same all over the industry.
