People quitting are so funny to me. Layoffs are coming! Layoffs have been happening for over a year and they'll continue to happen. That means severance. That means making EM pay for wanting you out. I'd never do them a favor and leave without making them pay for it. You're losing out on good money, folks.

To be honest, I agree with you.
Why are they funny?
If I got a good offer, I wouldn't even consider staying here for a minute longer and waiting for them to tell me to leave.
I really wish it was that simple.
Easier said than done. They are doing a pretty good job by pushing people out with terrible atmosphere and unrealistic PIPs.
