When the business sales director resigns... the signs of the great resignation are here. Not to mention more and more b2b sales reps are leaving Verizon to do the same job elsewhere, 8 within the past 2 months.... for those sticking around... Verizon doesn't seem to be doing much to save talent, appreciate talent, or take a proactive approach. They are reactive in everything they do... Verizon hasn't been proactive as an organization since I've worked here. This statement rings true, both internally and externally as an organization. There are no trailblazers here and Verizon will continue to barely keep afloat.

No loss the Heartland Director leaving, he was a douchebag and pretty awful, don't know how he lasted as long as he did.
