Another leadership rat scurried off the failing supply chain org. ship
There's no way they can turn it around as it is. In IT, it's basically zero fu--s central right now. Everyone doing the bare minimum, if even that. Even talking to people who are normally extremely positive, have checked out. I've never seen a leadership team that was so detached from reality.
They will probably have more layoffs before the TAD payout next year - the one they delayed paying in Aug. this year..which was bs.
I don't believe current leadership can turn the sinking ship around quite bluntly.
Corporate is falling apart, daily. Everyone is so disengaged, I've never seen it like this before. Any rumors of a round 2 of cuts?
So this week in a town hall Russell Weiner announced people had been let go in supply chain - didn't name who. What is the deal with the constant "secrecy" in this place...worst company ever about this.
Don't y'all wonder what Ritch Allison knew was coming and got the f*ck out before the total dumpster fire.
But some people are leaving, don't they have a shortage in some positions in corporate?
From my vantage point, seems layoffs are coming. Supply chain is shifting chairs on the titanic.
