layoffs just happened over in APAC and EMEA
Considering they do quarterly layoffs and layoffs everytime they add even more frivolous executive leadership, I'd say yes.
If you see job openings for new fictional job roles in executive leadership, there's most definitely another layoff coming.

Stay away from intrado, employment, poor leadership. and a very unstable company, financially!!!
