Let CSM's go in favor of technicians running teams. Lol. D-mb and wont last long. Customers are pi---d. People leaving in droves.
Many, many more coming this week and next across all business units and functions. No business unit is safe. It's going to be a bloodbath.
They whacked massive amounts from every division. It was Huge!!
They just did a massive layoff of csm and vice presidents. They are reshuffling roles as well.
