What are your thoughts about potential Phillips 66 layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

A security guard confirmed that today is d day and they are on alert i guess for rats gleefully fleeing this sinking ship.
Just pink slipped middle managemebt employees and will do management a week before Nov. 27th. Next huge layoff will be February 12th 2023 at 8 AM PST. Everyone will be pinked by email and at 830 PST your computer access will be revoked.
Incentive retirements are going out.
No one in Beaumont ever followed any of the core process to save money. Employees on personal cell phones all day sucking money from the company. Poor management.. demanding accountability, was never happen. It was Romper Room at it best
What is the word on midstream? Not sure if anyone knows but California pipelines are for sale or planned to be mothballed by 2023. That will impact many employees in those areas. What about California refineries?

Expect a re-org/shakeup in Midstream. No info if layoffs will be part of it though.
Yea maybe time for Garland to go, or have ConocoPhillips take over Phillips 66. All these wasteful Advantage 66 projects are a joke. 90% of the IPads are not even being used at the refineries, slow, constant updates.
Do a survey and you will be shocked.
IT is a joke, just outsource it and stick to the core Businesses. Wasteful corporate departments at HQ. Move HQ back to Bartlesville. Like the good old days.
Heard there’s 500+ to go at the Ivory towers and 2 more refineries on the chopping block. All to pay for Garlands new $100m jet.
