Cutting employee hours, hiring feeze. Still tie up your schedule with fluctuating days off so much so that a second job is next to impossible to keep.
do you ever get tired of posting to yourself. lol
No need to do layoffs when so many are leaving because its no longer fun to work here. forcing people to push credit cards, understaffing the store and bad managers just makes people quit without doing a layoff.
Going into the Classic with 1 lead no plan to hire another.
We are not a small store
Yep. Cutting leads experienced here too.
Losing money by pinching pennies.
Service is gone. And so is the talent.
We are no better than Academy now.
Leads will be getting cut down once again and it will be 1 for hardlines and 1 for softlines.
