Absolutely. CBRE have already announced it, Cushwake, Colliers, Savills to follow for sure - they get most of the revenue out of the same pockets and I cant imagine that mega inflation, high debt costs and therefore a meltdown of the investment market is different at JLL/ CW etc...
Dear will be mass layoffs, cost cuttings in the next 6 months. 10y of growth behind us. Time to get rid of the dead wood...
Most likely yes. CBRE announced that they are cutting costs by $400M of which a majority of that would be employee reductions.
JLL most certainly will follow.
