Age discrimination is the substitute approach they use. BE AWARE!
Welll..the layoffs come by email. You never know when It is coming. Be prepared to be ignored and discarded like trash until your last day…even by your immediate manager and all senior leaders.
Yes there are individual layoffs happening now. The new quarterly review process means they are targeting specific jobs & people to be managed out of the company.
