I gave my notice and I can't say how happy I'm to be leaving Qualcomm. Three years here were three years too many considering the people I had to deal with daily. What got me, though, is that nobody asked me why I was leaving. Not a single soul. Not my manager, not HR. My last job gave me a lengthy exit interview. I guess here nobody cares.

It just means you didn't produce anything of value and your colleagues don't like you. I can just tell by your post that you're salty and petty.
That first half sounded like myself quite a few years ago. I remember people asking the reasons though and eventually you have to fill out an exit questionnaire. And I'm here now bc I enjoy reading folks trashing the company on visas and what not lol.
That’s like saying more people want VISA than people that don’t want VISA! Q lies on qualification reqs to bring in cheap labor! By qualified people leaving Q is allowed to import more cheap labor! The post below is an id--t
Please remember more people want to join Q rather than leaving. If you are not happy, please leave silently. You don't need to share your emotion with other hard working folks here.
You are just a number. Easy to replace. Your views are meaningless. Good bye.
This is so sad, we don’t usually fire people work for Qualcomm for 3 yrs, if q wants to fire you, should be done in your first review. Good job man! You did right, leave the shxt ho-e
They were about to fire you and were happy they now don’t have to pay you 2 months for doing nothing! So it worked out for Qualcomm and yiu
Yeah because you did cr-p work, easy to replace you with someone better. SEE YA!
