There is so much work that it becomes impossible to finish everything on time. The situation is aggravated by the fact that everyone is demotivated and no one is trying to try their best. Working here has become more depressing than ever. People are just waiting for the right moment to leave because it has become unbearable here. I don’t know how long it will work this way, but I don’t think this kind of squeezing people is sustainable in long term?

Those who can, do, and those that can’t don’t with faking it and kissing a$$. This is no different then every other employer out there, it seems a more ramped here at COmmscope.
I’ve seen more major F-ups here get away with royal $crew ups and get a raise and promo for it.
There seems to be two problems. Some people have too much to do, some have not enough. Either way it doesnt reflect well.
See, the thing is Chucky knows why people are leaving, the truth is he just doesn't care.
He is Carlyle's cowboy here to wrangle the herd for sl------r.
Since the acquisition L-Commscope was struggling to figure out how to integrate things into their eco system.
In the short term he does not give 2 hoots about the sustainability of the current model to outsource everything. The only hope is if things are chopped into pieces are sold off for a quick buck.
Chucky's response to the question about people leaving ("they're not committed") reflects his opinion of employees. He and the HR witch make a great pair.
It's been two years since the ARRIS acquisition and L-ARRIS employees haven't been mapped into CommScope positions. They've been screwed on options, money, titles (except Sr. Manager or above, who don't give a damn about team members). Funny how many Director, Sr. Director, and VP positions there are these days...and how few at other levels.
Meanwhile, the c-suite is making $$ hand over fist for screwing up the company and new hires are joining at significantly higher salaries than current employees. Hey dimwits - you know that the cost of hiring and training an employee is the biggest investment you'll ever make. Why not treat current employees better (instead of like replaceable pegs on a board)?
What division are you in? Seems like Legacy Arris, especially CPE, has the kind of environment that you mention. When someone leaves, they aren't replaced, and the work is divided amongst the people left. Rinse and Repeat. This has been the case even before CS bought us.
